So far things at The Lift have been going very fast and very smooth. We have managed to fill up to the max every single week with people wanting to see what God is doing through the latest service here at Indian Trail. We have begun to see God change the lives of various people and families and as a result it is spreading throughout our community. This is exactly what our service was intended to do and we hope that the intensity will pick up as we continue to provide passionate worship that prepares each person’s heart for the relevant teaching of God through our pastor. All we can do is sit in amazement wondering what will God do next in and through the lives of people at The Lift. God is Awesome!!!!

What a super success today’s service turned out to be. We had one of the highest turnouts ever with 641 people attending The Lift service. From the electrifying worship music to the sincere REAL testimony our pastor gave, you could tell that God was very present in The Lift.
Our volunteer core continues to amaze me in every area of our ministry. Andrea and I had some friends in town visiting from Spartanburg and they told us that before they even reached the building they were greeted by six different Lift volunteers. They truly enjoyed their visit this weekend.
We are excited to announce the arrival of our new espresso machine located in the welcome area of the Family Life Center. Now everyone can enjoy mochas, lattes, and cappuccinos while worshiping in the service. Make sure you check it out this coming week!!!
We are so excited about our new website and I cannot wait to blog some more about The Lift. Stay with us through the week for up-to-date information about our ministry.

Our pastor will share with us his personal story of how he became a believer in Christ. I believe that this is the first time Pastor Mike has shared His story in this much detail and I know it will be life changing for all of us.
Let me encourage you to invite your Friends to worship with us. We have heard so many stories of people coming as a result of someone taking an opportunity to talk about our church. Tell them about Christ…invite them to church this Sunday…you MIGHT just be the person God wants to use to impact their lives for ETERNITY! This weekend will be one of those services that could quite possibly go down in Indian Trail history as one of the best ever! Trust me when I say we will never forget it!

Looking to go further with your spiritual relationship? Our Life Groups here at Indian Trail are a great way to engage with other believers in the same stage of life that YOU are in. These groups are the next step for your worship experience that will provide a better understanding about who God is and how He can change your life. The Lift Service
April 17, 2008
The Lift is a modern worship service specifically designed to reach 20 and 30 somethings. Our hope is to effect our city by reaching un-churched people who are far from God and that are looking for that missing thing in their life.
This service approaches worship from a whole new angle with bright lights, video elements, passionate worship music and a relevant message that will leave you wanting more.
The Lift provides an authentic community where people can meet and connect with other people even outside of Sunday services.
Each week The Lift service transforms the new Family Life Center at First Baptist Church of Indian Trail into a true atmosphere to meet and spend time with God.
We meet Sunday at 9:30 am & 11:00 am
